Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary
- Permanent, full-time clinical role providing primary care to patients from infancy through geriatrics

Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions for patients of all ages
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide preventive care, screenings, and health education
- Document patient encounters accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records in compliance with practice standards
- Work autonomously while also collaborating with NPs, PAs, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in light call coverage as needed, ensuring continuity of care
- Provide clinic-based services exclusively, with no inpatient or hospital rounding responsibilities
- Manage an average patient volume of 16-22 patients per day
- Stay current with advancements in primary care and participate in ongoing professional development

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required
- Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Wisconsin state medical license preferred, or eligibility to obtain one
- Ability to provide care for a broad patient population, from newborns to older adults
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Open to both experienced practitioners and new residency graduates
