Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) positions are available with a leading multi-specialty medical group aligned with a nationally recognized hospital system. This opportunity is ideal for board-certified or board-eligible physicians who are passionate about delivering exceptional primary care through a membership-based model, including both traditional and E365 primary care offerings. The position is full-time and provides physicians with the ability to focus on quality over quantity, ensuring personalized, attentive care for every patient. Physicians will not be required to provide inpatient care or share personal contact details with patients, setting this position apart from traditional concierge models.
The E365 primary care practice is a unique membership-based model where patients pay an annual fee and still utilize their insurance for medical services rendered. E365 is designed to offer enhanced access, longer appointment times, and a smaller patient panel, supporting a work environment focused on relationship-based medicine. Physicians in this program are expected to respond to secure portal communications within 24 hours, even on weekends or holidays, ensuring timely and effective patient interaction. New patient visits are scheduled for one hour, while follow-up appointments are allocated thirty minutes, fostering comprehensive care and patient satisfaction.
As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO), you will join a team of over 270 providers in a modern, state-of-the-art medical facility featuring a wellness center, stat lab, x-ray, and an on-site pharmacy. Each physician benefits from three exam rooms and access to two procedure rooms, allowing for efficient and effective care delivery. The organization is recognized for its commitment to quality, as demonstrated by prestigious awards and designations, such as Magnet status, 5-star CMS quality ratings, and top rankings by U.S. News and World Report.
Physicians can expect to see an average of 10-14 patients per day, allowing for a manageable workload and high-quality patient interactions.
