Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join an innovative healthcare provider committed to elevating the patient experience through accessible, best-in-class care. This role is essential in supporting our mission to improve health outcomes for seniors, offering comprehensive medical services in a modern, community-focused clinical setting. As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) in our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality, value-based care to a diverse patient population.

Our organization emphasizes continuity of care, respect, and genuine support for patients, their families, and their communities. We strive to foster a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and empowered to manage their health effectively. Supplemental services such as transportation for those in need and wellness programs, including exercise and creative activities, are provided at no additional cost to patients. These initiatives further support our commitment to holistic senior care.

The Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) position is an outpatient role focused on serving seniors who often face multiple, complex chronic conditions. You will work closely with an integrated care team, including medical assistants, schedulers, referral specialists, and leadership, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for every patient. The average daily patient load is manageable, allowing for thorough, personalized treatment plans and regular follow-ups. This collaborative, team-based approach enables you to prioritize both acute and preventive care, ensuring optimal outcomes for patients with conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension.

As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO), your responsibilities will include conducting routine check-ups, managing chronic illnesses, performing office-based procedures, and coordinating care across specialties when needed. The role operates within a value-based care model, emphasizing quality and patient satisfaction over volume. You will utilize your clinical expertise to perform office procedures such as suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care, contributing to comprehensive management of patient health needs.

Our team values ongoing professional development and provides robust support for physicians to excel in their practice. We offer malpractice insurance with tail coverage and ensure that our physicians have access to administrative and clinical resources. The practice is structured to maintain a reasonable panel size and daily patient count, supporting work-life balance and the ability to deliver attentive care.

This is a full-time opportunity with regular hours, allowing for consistent patient engagement and a predictable schedule. We welcome board-certified physicians in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM), and those with additional training in geriatrics are encouraged to apply. Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted medical license and DEA registration.

The location offers a vibrant community and a supportive network, adding to the overall quality of life and professional satisfaction for our team members.
