Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care
- Participate in both routine and urgent clinic operations
- Promote health maintenance and disease prevention strategies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Uphold organizational values and comply with established protocols and policies
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct patient examinations, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results
- Develop treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
- Provide patient education regarding health, wellness, and preventive measures
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide urgent care as needed
- Document all patient encounters thoroughly and accurately in the electronic medical record
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and collaborate with other healthcare providers
- Participate in quality improvement activities and continuing education initiatives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of community health programs
- Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in medical practice
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $195,000 to $230,000, paid biweekly

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited medical school (MD or DO degree)
- Completion of an accredited residency program
- Successful licensing through the USMLE
- Active and unrestricted state medical license
- Specialty board certification or eligibility to obtain certification within one year of hire
- Previous practice experience of 3 or more years preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
