Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary- Permanent, full-time outpatient role in a collaborative practice setting

- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida, or the ability to obtain one
- Experience with outpatient primary care preferred
- Proficiency with EMR systems, preferably eClinicalWorks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
