Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)

As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO), you will work with a supportive care team, including medical assistants, schedulers, referral specialists, and engaged leadership, to provide comprehensive healthcare services tailored to the unique needs of our senior population. You will practice in a collaborative environment that values evidence-based medicine, continuity of care, and patient satisfaction. Your role as a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) will involve managing a panel of up to 650 patients, with a focus on seniors dealing with complex conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension. The average daily patient load is limited to 10-12, allowing for meaningful patient interactions and thorough, personalized care. - Provide comprehensive primary care to patients with multiple chronic conditions

- Work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with shared call schedule
- Collaborate with a care team including MA, scheduler, referral specialist, and supportive leadership
- Perform basic office procedures such as suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and wound care
- Support patient wellness through clinic-offered health activities and transportation assistance

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM)
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics is a plus but not required
- Active, unrestricted medical license
- Current DEA registration
- Proficiency in office-based procedures such as suturing, joint injections, biopsies, and wound care
