Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
- Conduct patient examinations, perform diagnostic assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Manage chronic and acute medical conditions with a focus on prevention, health maintenance, and wellness education.
- Collaborate with a team of physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), nurses, and support staff to deliver coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines.
- Engage in patient and family education, promoting healthy lifestyles and disease prevention.
- Attend regular staff meetings, case conferences, and continuing education sessions as required.
- Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all areas of clinical practice.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $228,000 to $240,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Eligibility for up to $100,000 recruitment bonus paid over five years.
- NHSC Loan Repayment Program available, with up to $75,000 for a full-time, two-year service commitment, or up to $37,500 for a half-time, two-year service commitment.
- Relocation assistance of up to $10,000 for qualified providers.

- Generous paid time off (PTO), starting at 112 hours per year and increasing to a maximum of 260 hours per year after five years of service.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty.
- Current and unrestricted medical license to practice as a physician.
- DEA registration and ability to prescribe medications as required by law.
- Experience in outpatient primary care preferred, but not required.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse populations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
