As a Primary Care Physician, you will work alongside experienced healthcare professionals, including medical assistants, schedulers, referral specialists, and a dedicated leadership team. Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary

- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to a panel of up to 650 senior patients, focusing on patients with 3-5 complex chronic diseases
- Provide patient-centered, outpatient care Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- Maintain a daily patient volume of 10-12 to ensure high-quality, individualized attention
- Collaborate with a dedicated care team including medical assistants, schedulers, and referral specialists
- Document patient interactions and update electronic health records in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Participate in a rotating call schedule, coordinated with the number of providers in the market
- Contribute to the clinic’s community activities and support wellness programs for patients
- Uphold the organization’s mission, vision, and values in all patient and team interactions
- Meet quality benchmarks related to patient satisfaction, HEDIS compliance, and hospital utilization reduction
- Perform minor office procedures such as suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care
- Competitive base salary with first-year earning potential over $300,000, including performance bonus opportunities

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM)
- Fellowship in Geriatrics preferred but not required
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Current DEA registration
- Proficiency in basic office procedures, including suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and wound care
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
- Experienced or early-career Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) who thrives in a value-based, patient-first environment
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills
