Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary
- Full-time position for a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) in Kenner, LA
- Physician-led, mission-driven, value-based care organization

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, outpatient primary care to a panel of up to 450 patients, primarily seniors with multiple chronic conditions
- Manage an average of 18 patients per day, ensuring quality and continuity of care
- Collaborate with an integrated care team including a dedicated medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist
- Participate in value-based care delivery and support organizational mission to improve patient health outcomes
- Work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with no nights or weekends required
- Utilize administrative time built into your schedule to complete necessary charting and patient follow-up
- Engage with in-house consulting specialists (e.g., Cardiology, Podiatry) and holistic health services (e.g., Acupuncture, Tai Chi, Yoga, Nutrition)
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the practice
- Participate in partnership opportunity after 12–18 months of employment, with no buy-in required

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Geriatric Medicine
- Valid and unrestricted medical license
- Commitment to practicing value-based, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Open to candidates requiring visa sponsorship
