Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Full-Time

Located in Kenner, LA, our modern outpatient clinic offers a robust support structure, including dedicated medical assistants, schedulers, and referral specialists. Physicians enjoy manageable patient panels, administrative support, and access to in-house consulting specialists. The clinic is designed to help you focus on delivering high-quality care without the constraints of excessive caseloads or administrative burdens.
The patient population primarily consists of seniors living with multiple chronic conditions. Physicians are encouraged to utilize a holistic approach, integrating evidence-based medicine with wellness initiatives such as acupuncture, Tai Chi, and nutrition counseling. Transportation is provided at no cost to patients, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for all.

Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary- Full-time outpatient primary care physician role
- Focus on value-based care for seniors with multiple chronic conditions
- Supportive, physician-led, and mission-driven organization
- Located in Kenner, LA
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a panel of up to 450 senior patients
- Manage and coordinate care for patients with 3-5 chronic diseases
- See an average of 18 patients per day
- Collaborate with a dedicated care team, including a medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist
- Utilize value-based care practices to improve patient outcomes
- Participate in administrative tasks with dedicated time built into your schedule
- Refer patients to in-house specialists as needed (Cardiology, Podiatry, etc.)
- Integrate holistic services such as acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition into care plans as appropriate
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient medical records
- Work Monday through Friday, with clinic hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- No night or weekend shifts required
