As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) in our organization, you will work with a maximum panel of 450 patients, enabling you to provide attentive, personalized care to each individual. The patient population primarily consists of seniors, many of whom manage three to five chronic conditions. You will be supported by a dedicated team including a Medical Assistant, Scheduler, and Referral Specialist, ensuring administrative tasks do not detract from your clinical focus. Additionally, you will benefit from administrative time built into your schedule and a Monday through Friday work week, with no night or weekend shifts required.
Your clinical work will be 100% outpatient, and you will have access to in-house consulting specialists in areas such as Cardiology and Podiatry. The clinic also provides holistic health services including acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling. Patients benefit from complimentary transportation services, ensuring access to care is never a barrier. The compensation package for the Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) role is highly competitive and includes a base salary, incentive bonuses, and a generous signing bonus.
