Located in Newport News, VA, our clinic provides comprehensive support and resources, including transportation for patients, to ensure access to care. As a Primary Care Physician, you will practice in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that prioritizes work-life balance, professional development, and patient-centered care. The position is 100% outpatient, with no nights or weekends required, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care while enjoying a balanced schedule.

Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a panel of up to 450 senior patients, primarily those managing multiple chronic diseases.
- See approximately 18 patients per day during clinic hours (Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM).
- Ensure high-quality, value-based care in an entirely outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with a dedicated care team, including a medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist.
- Utilize administrative time built into your schedule for documentation and care coordination.
- Engage with in-house consulting specialists and holistic health services as needed for patient care.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and organizational meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Geriatric Medicine.
- Eligible for medical licensure.
- Open to candidates requiring visa sponsorship.
