You will practice in a 100% outpatient setting, supported by a multidisciplinary team including your own Medical Assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist. Administrative time is built into your schedule, allowing you to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care to your patients.
Our model emphasizes work-life balance with a Monday through Friday schedule, no nights or weekends, and a patient-centered approach tailored to seniors with chronic conditions. We offer a small patient panel size, ensuring you can build meaningful relationships and provide comprehensive care to each individual. Dedicated on-site consulting specialists in fields such as cardiology and podiatry, along with holistic health services including acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling, further support your ability to address the diverse needs of your patients.

Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Full-Time position focused on outpatient primary care for seniors

- Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care to a senior patient population, averaging 18 patients per day
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships within a small panel (max 450 patients)
