As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) in Columbus, OH, you will serve a small patient panel of seniors, many of whom manage multiple chronic conditions. Our model ensures you have the time and resources to provide comprehensive, holistic care, thanks to dedicated care team support, administrative time built into your schedule, and access to in-house consulting specialists. Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care services to an assigned panel of seniors, most with multiple chronic diseases (typically 3-5 conditions per patient).
- See an average of 18 patients per day in a clinic setting.
- Utilize value-based care principles to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with a dedicated support team, including Medical Assistant, Scheduler, and Referral Specialist.
- Engage in administrative duties during scheduled time without disrupting patient care.
- Participate in care coordination with in-house consulting specialists (Cardiology, Podiatry, etc.).
- Incorporate holistic health services into patient care, such as acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling.
- Ensure high standards of care in compliance with organizational protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on improving senior health outcomes.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary starting at $250,000+ per year.
- Annual incentive bonuses, with potential to increase through partnership.
- Sign-on bonus up to $50,000.
- Partnership track available, typically achieved within 12-18 months (no buy-in required).
- PTO: 33 days paid time off annually.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Residency training in Internal Medicine (IM), Family Medicine (FM), or Geriatric Medicine.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in FM, IM, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Commitment to value-based, patient-centered care.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
