Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Full-time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) role focused on value-based care for seniors
- Physician-led organization dedicated to mission-driven, patient-centered healthcare
- Collaborative clinical environment with access to in-house specialists
- Opportunity to make a significant impact in the Margate, FL community
- Provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient clinic setting
- Manage a small patient panel (up to 450 patients), allowing for focused, individualized care
- See approximately 18 patients per day, ensuring quality interactions and follow-up
- Deliver care to a senior patient population, most with 3-5 chronic conditions
- Collaborate with a dedicated care team including medical assistants, schedulers, and referral specialists
- Utilize value-based care principles to improve patient outcomes
- Participate in a Monday through Friday work schedule, with clinic hours from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Engage in administrative duties with protected time included in your schedule
- No on-call, night, or weekend shifts required
- Coordinate with in-house consulting specialists in cardiology, podiatry, and more
- Refer patients to holistic health services such as acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition programs
- Competitive base salary of $250,000+ with additional incentive bonus potential
- Signing bonus up to $50,000
- Partnership opportunities typically available within 12-18 months (no buy-in required)
