Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary
- Full-time role centered on providing comprehensive primary care to a senior patient population
- Work within a physician-led, mission-driven organization committed to value-based care

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care to a panel of up to 450 patients, primarily seniors with 3-5 chronic conditions
- Conduct outpatient visits (no nights or weekends required), averaging 18 patients per day
- Work Monday through Friday, with clinic hours from 7:30am to 5:00pm (last patient scheduled at 4:15pm)
- Collaborate with a dedicated support team, including a medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist
- Utilize in-house consulting specialists in areas such as cardiology and podiatry
- Participate in holistic care offerings, such as acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling
- Ensure documentation and administrative tasks are completed efficiently, with protected time built into your schedule
- Engage in value-based care initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff as needed, contributing to the overall mission of the organization
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $250,000+ with additional incentive bonuses
- Eligibility for a signing bonus of up to $50,000
- Partnership opportunities typically within 12-18 months, with no buy-in required

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of a residency program in Internal Medicine (IM), Family Medicine (FM), or Geriatric Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in IM, FM, or Geriatric Medicine
- Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
