We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our mission-driven and physician-led organization focused on delivering high-quality healthcare to seniors. This is a full-time opportunity for medical professionals who value work-life balance, comprehensive support, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients with complex medical needs. The role is based in North Miami, FL, where you’ll be part of a collaborative environment that emphasizes holistic, value-based care.
Our organization’s mission is to honor seniors by providing affordable, VIP healthcare designed to deliver better health outcomes. We pride ourselves on our patient-centric approach, offering transportation services for patients in need and ensuring access to in-house specialists and holistic wellness programs. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a small patient panel, utilize administrative time built into your schedule, and benefit from a strong support network including your own medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist.
Working as a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO), you will care for a maximum of 450 patients, seeing an average of 18 patients per day. You will have dedicated administrative time, Monday through Friday clinic hours (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM), and no night or weekend shifts, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. The patient population consists primarily of seniors with multiple chronic diseases, and the practice is 100% outpatient, allowing you to focus on providing continuous, comprehensive care.
You will be supported in your role by a multidisciplinary team and have access to in-house consulting specialists in cardiology, podiatry, and other fields. The clinic also offers wellness services such as acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling, further enhancing patient care. Our organization values collaboration, professional growth, and the contributions of each team member. We actively encourage internal advancement, with many physicians becoming partners within 12 to 18 months—65% of current physicians achieved partnership after their first year.
As a board-certified or board-eligible physician in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine, you will bring your residency training and passion for value-based care to a setting designed for better health outcomes. In return, you will receive a highly competitive compensation package, robust benefits, and generous paid time off, all while working in a supportive environment that champions your success and well-being.
