We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) for a full-time opportunity in Orlando, FL. This full-time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) position offers a collaborative environment with an interdisciplinary support team focused on enabling you to provide the best possible care to your patients. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, 100% outpatient primary care services to a panel of up to 450 senior patients, many with multiple chronic conditions.
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and develop individualized care plans that address both acute and chronic health needs.
- Deliver value-based care in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a manageable patient schedule, averaging 18 patients per day, with dedicated administrative time built into your workday.
- Collaborate with a dedicated care team, including your own medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist, to ensure coordinated patient care and streamlined operations.
- Engage with in-house consulting specialists in fields such as cardiology and podiatry, as well as holistic health services including acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling.
- Participate in organizational initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and advancing the mission of honoring seniors with better health care.
- Work closely with leadership and clinical teams to meet quality goals and continuously improve care delivery.
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to document patient interactions and support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM).
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered, value-based primary care, particularly for senior populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team approach.
- Proficiency in managing complex, multi-chronic disease cases.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday during clinic hours of 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with no nights or weekends required.
