In this full-time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) role, you will be responsible for managing a manageable patient panel, focusing on senior patients with multiple chronic conditions. You will work collaboratively with an experienced care team, including medical assistants, schedulers, and referral specialists, to deliver high-quality, coordinated care. Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary
- Full-time opportunity for a board certified/eligible physician in internal medicine, family medicine, or geriatric medicine
- Focus on providing value-based, patient-centered care for a senior patient population in Orlando, FL
- Dedicated support team including medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to a panel of up to 450 senior patients with complex medical needs
- Conduct patient visits, averaging 18 patients per day, with clinical hours Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm
- Focus on chronic disease management and preventive care
- Engage in value-based care initiatives to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with in-house specialists in cardiology, podiatry, and other disciplines
- Utilize holistic health services, such as acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling, to support patient wellness
- Participate in administrative activities, with dedicated time included in the schedule
- Work exclusively in an outpatient setting with no night or weekend shifts required
- Ensure coordinated care and continuity for all assigned patients
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary starting at $250,000 base, plus incentive bonuses
- Signing bonus available up to $50,000
- Partnership track with no buy-in required, typically achieved within 12-18 months

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of a residency program in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Board certified or board eligible in FM, IM, or Geriatric Medicine
- Commitment to providing value-based, patient-centered care
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills
- Dedication to improving the health of the senior population
