Our compensation package for the Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) role is highly competitive, with a base salary, annual incentives, and a substantial signing bonus. Partnership opportunities are available within 12-18 months for high-performing physicians, with no buy-in required. Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary- Full-time, outpatient-based primary care role serving a senior population with chronic health needs
- Collaborative, physician-led team environment focused on delivering high-quality, value-based care

- Provide comprehensive primary care to a panel of seniors, focusing on management of chronic diseases
- See approximately 18 patients per day to ensure in-depth, personalized care
- Work closely with a dedicated support team, including a medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist

- Utilize administrative time included in your schedule for patient follow-ups and care coordination
- Participate in a collaborative clinical environment with access to in-house consulting specialists
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records in accordance with organizational policies
