Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)

As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO), you will work with a small patient panel, allowing you to deliver personalized care and build lasting relationships. The clinic is supported by a dedicated care team, including a medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist, to ensure optimal patient outcomes and provider satisfaction. Our patient population primarily consists of seniors living with multiple chronic conditions, and our clinical model is designed around value-based care, promoting improved health outcomes and enhanced patient experiences.

The Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) role offers a balanced Monday through Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, ensuring a healthy work/life balance. Administrative time is built into your schedule, and the maximum patient panel is capped at 450, averaging 18 patients per day. With a focus on teamwork and collaboration, you will have the opportunity to participate in partnership tracks, with the majority of physicians achieving partnership status within their first year, and no buy-in required.
