Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary
- Full-time clinical role providing primary care to a senior population
- Practice is 100% outpatient in a supportive, physician-led organization
- Focus on value-based care with a small patient panel for quality interactions
- Work in a collaborative environment with access to in-house consulting specialists and holistic services
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to seniors, focusing on chronic disease management (typically 3-5 chronic conditions per patient)
- Manage a patient panel up to 450 individuals, averaging 18 patients per day
- Provide care in alignment with value-based healthcare models
- Lead and coordinate with a dedicated care team, including a medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist
- Participate in administrative tasks with dedicated time allocated within your schedule
- Engage with in-house consulting specialists (e.g., cardiology, podiatry) and holistic health programs (acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, nutrition)
- Ensure continuity of care, patient education, and proactive health management
- Work Monday through Friday, with clinic hours from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM)
- No night or weekend shifts required
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary starting at $260,000, with incentive and signing bonuses available
- Opportunity for partnership, typically within 12-18 months (majority achieve partnership within one year, with no buy-in required)
- Annual bonus potential, increasing as partner

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM)
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Dedication to value-based, patient-centered care, especially for senior populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
