Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary
- Serve as a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) for a senior patient population, focusing on value-based, holistic healthcare.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a panel of up to 450 patients, focusing on seniors with multiple chronic conditions.
- Manage an average of 18 patient visits per day in an outpatient clinical setting.
- Utilize value-based care principles to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with in-house consulting specialists in areas such as cardiology and podiatry.
- Engage in holistic health offerings, including acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling.
- Participate in administrative duties with time allocated within your schedule.
- Ensure high standards of care through continuous professional development and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and support staff to optimize patient health outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support the organization’s mission to provide affordable VIP care to seniors in the Bradenton, FL area.
Salary & Benefits

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with completion of residency training in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM).
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
