Working as a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) in St. Louis, MO, you will benefit from a small, manageable patient panel and a robust support system, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care. Your work will be 100% outpatient, with no nights or weekends, and you will be supported by an experienced team including a medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist. Our approach centers on value-based care, focusing on improving outcomes for seniors with complex chronic conditions.
Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services in a 100% outpatient clinic setting
- See an average of 18 patients per day, focusing on seniors with multiple chronic conditions
- Manage a small patient panel (maximum 450 patients) to ensure personalized attention
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans
- Collaborate closely with an in-house care team, including MA, scheduler, and referral specialist
- Participate in value-based care initiatives to optimize patient outcomes
- Utilize administrative time included during work hours for charting and follow-up
- Engage with consulting specialists (cardiology, podiatry, etc.) as needed
- Promote holistic health services, including acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition services
- Ensure patient access to care, including overseeing transportation services for those in need

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Commitment to value-based, patient-centered care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team
