Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our mission-driven, physician-led healthcare organization in Columbus, OH. As a Primary Care Physician in Columbus, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our vision by providing patient-centered, comprehensive care in a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a panel of up to 450 patients, with a focus on seniors managing multiple chronic conditions.
- Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate ongoing care in alignment with best practices for value-based care.
- See approximately 18 patients per day, ensuring each patient receives thorough and attentive care during their scheduled visit.
- Collaborate with an integrated care team, including your own medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist, to optimize workflow and support patient needs.
- Utilize dedicated administrative time within your schedule to manage documentation and care coordination efficiently.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of evidence-based care models within the clinic.
- Engage with in-house consulting specialists from cardiology, podiatry, and other disciplines to ensure holistic care for your patients.
- Support patients' access to holistic health services such as acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling, as available within the practice.
- Uphold the organization's mission to honor seniors with affordable, VIP-level care that delivers better health outcomes.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Geriatric Medicine.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care in an outpatient setting.
- Openness to working with diverse patient populations, including seniors with complex health needs.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.

- Full-time, outpatient-only position with no nights or weekends required.
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with the last patient scheduled at 4:15 pm.
