Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care for adults, with an emphasis on seniors managing multiple chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension
- Maintain and manage a patient panel of up to 650 individuals, seeing an average of 10-12 patients daily
- Participate in value-based care initiatives, focusing on patient satisfaction, quality benchmarks (including HEDIS compliance), and reducing unnecessary hospitalizations
- Collaborate with your own dedicated care team, including medical assistants, schedulers, and referral specialists
- Utilize strong clinical skills in office-based procedures, including suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and wound care
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Participate in a shared call schedule, with frequency determined by the number of physicians in the market
- Demonstrate commitment to the organization’s values and mission in all patient interactions
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary with total earning potential exceeding $300,000, including performance-based bonuses

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM)
- Active, unrestricted medical license and current DEA registration
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in office-based clinical procedures, including suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and wound care
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and value-based practice
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
