Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Full-Time Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our innovative healthcare organization. As a Primary Care Physician, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the patient experience. You will work closely with a dedicated care team, including medical assistants, schedulers, referral specialists, and leadership support. Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to a predominantly senior patient panel
- Manage a panel size of up to 650 patients, seeing an average of 10-12 patients per day
- Deliver care in accordance with value-based care principles, focusing on HEDIS compliance, patient satisfaction, and reducing hospitalizations
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary care team, including medical assistants, schedulers, and referral specialists
- Participate in activities to promote wellness, such as exercise and art sessions for patients
- Utilize proficient clinical skills in office procedures, including suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records and documentation
- Participate in a shared call schedule based on the number of providers in the market
- Uphold the organization's mission of compassionate, respectful, and community-focused care

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM)
- Current, unrestricted, and active medical license
- Current DEA registration
- Experience or proficiency in office-based procedures (suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, basic wound care)
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
