Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our innovative healthcare team in Pine Bluff, AR. This full-time position is ideal for a board-certified or board-eligible family medicine or internal medicine physician who is passionate about delivering value-based outpatient care in a supportive, patient-centered environment. As a Primary Care Physician, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for a diverse senior patient population, focusing on continuity of care, wellness, and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to senior patients in an outpatient setting, managing complex chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension.
- Ensure high standards of patient care with a focus on value-based outcomes, including HEDIS compliance and reduction of hospitalizations.
- Maintain an average daily patient volume of 10-12, with a maximum panel size of 650 individuals.
- Collaborate with a dedicated care team, including a medical assistant, scheduler, referral specialist, and leadership support, to deliver coordinated and efficient healthcare.
- Uphold the company’s values and contribute to a vibrant, wellness-focused community where patients feel respected and valued.
- Participate in a call schedule based on the number of providers in the market, ensuring continuity of care for patients.
- Utilize proficient procedural skills in office-based interventions such as suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree required.
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) required.
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics is a plus, but not required.
- Current, unrestricted, and active medical license to practice medicine.
- Current DEA registration is required.
- Proficiency in common office procedures, including suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care.

Work Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Call coverage is rotated based on provider count in the market (e.g., 1:32 weeks with 32 providers).
