The Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) role offers a competitive compensation structure, including a generous base salary supplemented by performance-based bonuses. Compensation is linked to patient satisfaction, value-driven healthcare delivery, HEDIS compliance, and efforts to reduce hospital admissions. Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a panel of senior patients with multiple chronic conditions
- Manage an average of 10-12 patients per day
- Maintain a panel size up to 650 patients
- Lead a care team including a medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist
- Participate in value-based care initiatives, focusing on patient satisfaction, compliance with HEDIS measures, and reducing unnecessary hospital admissions
- Perform office-based procedures such as suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care
- Engage in regular communication with patients and their families to coordinate care and promote wellness
- Adhere to organizational policies and uphold the company’s values in all interactions
- Participate in a shared call schedule with other physicians as determined by the provider group size

- Competitive base salary with total earning potential exceeding $320,000 annually

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM)
- Active, unrestricted medical license and current DEA registration
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in essential office procedures (suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, wound care)
