Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary
- Full-time, outpatient position providing comprehensive primary care to a senior patient population in Margate, FL.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care services to a panel of up to 450 patients, primarily seniors with multiple chronic conditions.
- Manage an average of 18 patients per day in a 100% outpatient setting.
- Maintain regular clinic hours Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends required.
- Utilize value-based care principles to improve patient health outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including dedicated medical assistants, schedulers, and referral specialists.
- Integrate care with in-house consulting specialists (e.g., cardiology, podiatry) and holistic health services (acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, nutrition).
- Participate in administrative and care coordination activities as scheduled.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation and compliance with all clinical and regulatory guidelines.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $250,000+ with additional incentive and signing bonus opportunities.
- Eligibility for partnership, typically within 12–18 months with no buy-in required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with completed residency in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM).
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
