As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) in Tampa, FL, you will serve a maximum of 18 patients per day within a small panel, ensuring you have the time and resources to build lasting relationships and deliver high-quality care. Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary- Full-time primary care role focused on value-based, comprehensive care for seniors
- Small patient panel (maximum of 450) for personalized care delivery
- Mission-driven organization honoring seniors with affordable, VIP healthcare

- Provide outpatient primary care services to a panel of senior patients (average 18 patients/day)
- Develop individualized care plans for patients with multiple chronic conditions (3-5 on average)
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated care team, including a medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist
- Utilize value-based care principles to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in partnership track, contributing to clinical leadership and organizational growth
- Engage in administrative duties during scheduled time for efficient patient management
- Refer and coordinate with in-house specialists (cardiology, podiatry, etc.) as needed
- Promote holistic health by offering or referring to acupuncture, yoga, nutrition, and related services
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record
- Maintain a strong focus on patient satisfaction, quality, and safety

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Residency training in Internal Medicine (IM), Family Medicine (FM), or Geriatric Medicine
- Board certified or board eligible in FM, IM, or Geriatric Medicine
- Current and unrestricted medical license
