Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) for a full-time opportunity in New Orleans, LA. As a valued member of a physician-led, mission-driven healthcare organization, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality, value-based primary care to an underserved senior population. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care to a panel of up to 450 senior patients, averaging 18 patients per day.
- Manage patients with multiple chronic conditions, focusing on value-based care and preventative medicine.
- Work collaboratively with an onsite care team, including a dedicated medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist, to ensure seamless patient experiences and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in administrative activities, with dedicated time allotted within your schedule for documentation and coordination.
- Maintain regular clinic hours, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no nights or weekends required.
- Engage with in-house consulting specialists such as cardiologists and podiatrists, as well as access to holistic health services including acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling.

Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM).
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
