The Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) role offers a unique blend of challenging clinical work and excellent work-life balance. You will care for a small, manageable patient panel, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and deliver personalized care. The clinic features a modern, supportive atmosphere with a full spectrum of patient services and dedicated support staff, including your own medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist. The position is 100% outpatient, ensuring no nights or weekends, and emphasizes a healthy balance between professional fulfillment and personal time.
Our organization proudly serves a senior patient population, most of whom manage multiple chronic health conditions. Your expertise will directly impact the quality of life for these patients, guiding them through ongoing health challenges and fostering long-term wellness. With a focus on value-based care, you will have the tools and resources to provide holistic, proactive medical attention supported by innovative approaches, such as in-house consulting specialists (cardiology, podiatry, and more) and holistic health services including acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling.
As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO), you will enjoy a collaborative work schedule, with clinic hours Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. The last patient is scheduled at 4:15 pm, ensuring you have time reserved for administrative duties and personal commitments. The role is designed for physicians who appreciate a small, focused patient panel (maximum of 450 patients) and who value developing long-term relationships with their patients. Transportation is provided for patients who need assistance, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.
