Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients 18 years and older
- Focus on preventive health, chronic disease management, and patient education
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and continuous care
- Utilize advanced diagnostic and laboratory resources to support clinical decision-making
- Promote a welcoming, inclusive environment for patients from diverse backgrounds
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, physical examinations, and medical histories
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based guidelines
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions with a patient-centered approach
- Order, interpret, and act upon diagnostic tests and laboratory results
- Prescribe medications and monitor therapeutic responses
- Refer patients to specialists or ancillary services as clinically indicated
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records
- Participate in a shared call rotation (one week per year)
- Rotate Saturday outpatient shifts, compensated with a differential rate
- Engage in ongoing professional development, including participation in CME activities
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with patients through effective communication and trust-building

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM); candidates with lapsed boards will be considered
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the relevant state
- Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required
