Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary
- Full-time outpatient primary care position
- Located in Tucson, AZ, serving a diverse senior patient population

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and senior patients in a modern outpatient setting
- Utilize a value-based care approach focused on patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Manage a patient panel of up to 650 individuals, seeing an average of 10-12 patients per day
- Collaborate with a dedicated care team including medical assistants, schedulers, referral specialists, and leadership support
- Perform common office procedures such as suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to HEDIS compliance standards
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Engage in periodic call schedules based on the total number of providers in the region
- Support organizational values and contribute to a culture of respect, community, and excellence

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM)
- Fellowship in Geriatrics is a plus, but not required
- Active, unrestricted medical license to practice medicine
- Current DEA registration
- Proficient in office-based procedures such as suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and wound care
