Working as a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO), you will manage an outpatient panel of senior patients, typically with multiple chronic illnesses. You will be supported by a dedicated team including a medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist, ensuring you have the resources necessary for comprehensive care delivery. With a manageable patient panel size and a focus on work-life balance, you will be empowered to build meaningful relationships with your patients while maintaining your own well-being. This full-time opportunity offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with no nights or weekends required. Clinic hours are designed to foster work-life balance, and administrative time is included in your daily schedule. The organization offers a supportive pathway to partnership, typically available within 12 to 18 months, with no buy-in required. Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to a panel of up to 450 senior patients.
- Manage and treat patients with multiple chronic conditions (typically 3-5 diagnoses).
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated support team including a medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist.
- Utilize value-based care principles to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with in-house consulting specialists such as cardiology and podiatry, as needed.
- Incorporate holistic health services such as acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling into patient care where appropriate.
- Participate in administrative tasks with time allocated in your schedule.
- Maintain high standards of medical documentation and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Eligibility for state medical licensure and relevant certifications.
- Commitment to value-based, patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working with senior populations is preferred but not required.
