Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) for a full-time opportunity in Richmond, VA. As a core member of our physician-led and mission-driven organization, you will play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare for seniors by providing high-quality, value-based outpatient care. Our company is committed to honoring seniors with affordable, VIP-level medical services that promote better health outcomes. As part of our collaborative team in Richmond, VA, you will have the support and resources necessary to focus on patient care and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care to a panel of up to 450 adult and senior patients, focusing on individuals with multiple chronic conditions.
- Manage an average daily patient load of 18, ensuring individualized attention and continuity of care.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated care team, including a medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist, to optimize patient outcomes and ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
- Participate in value-based care initiatives to improve health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate care with in-house consulting specialists, such as cardiology and podiatry, and engage with holistic health services including acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutritional counseling.
- Incorporate administrative time within your schedule for documentation and coordination, supporting work-life balance.
- Maintain regular weekday hours, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the last patient scheduled at 4:15 p.m.
- No nights or weekends required, supporting a sustainable work-life balance.

Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine (IM), Family Medicine (FM), or Geriatric Medicine.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, value-based care to diverse patient populations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
