As a full-time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) in Orlando, you will be a vital part of our integrated care team, working closely with dedicated medical assistants, schedulers, and referral specialists. You will manage a small patient panel, allowing you to provide comprehensive and personalized care for seniors, many of whom have complex, chronic medical conditions. Our clinic provides a collaborative and resource-rich environment, featuring in-house consulting specialists in cardiology and podiatry as well as holistic health services that include acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling. Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Full-time position focused on providing value-based primary care for seniors
- Physician-led, mission-driven organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes
- Collaborative environment with strong clinical and administrative support
- Work/life balance with consistent weekday hours and no nights or weekends
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to a panel of up to 450 patients
- Conduct patient visits, managing an average of 18 patients per day
- Focus on seniors with multiple chronic conditions, emphasizing prevention and wellness
- Coordinate patient care with dedicated support staff including medical assistants, schedulers, and referral specialists
- Participate in value-based care initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Utilize in-house specialty and holistic health resources to address a broad range of patient needs
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Engage in regular administrative time built into daily schedule
- Attend team meetings and collaborate with clinical leadership to enhance care delivery

- Medical degree (MD/DO) with completed residency training in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Geriatric Medicine
- Current and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility) in the state of Florida
