Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Full-time
We are seeking a dedicated, mission-driven Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our team. Our state-of-the-art clinic features in-house consulting specialists and holistic health services, including cardiology, podiatry, acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling. We believe in removing barriers to care, which is why we offer complimentary door-to-door transportation for our patients who need it. You will work alongside a dedicated care team, including your own medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist, ensuring seamless coordination and support.
As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO), you will have a manageable patient panel, seeing an average of 18 patients per day, with a maximum panel size of 450. This structure provides the work/life balance you deserve, with no nights or weekends required and administrative time built into your schedule. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with the last patient scheduled at 4:15 pm.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a generous base salary and performance-based incentives. Physicians are eligible for partnership, typically within 12-18 months, with no buy-in required. Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary- Deliver comprehensive, value-based primary care to a panel of adult and senior patients with complex chronic conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes

- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting, managing a small, manageable patient panel (maximum 450 patients)
- Conduct thorough examinations, develop individualized care plans, and manage chronic diseases for a primarily senior population
- Engage in value-based care initiatives to improve patient health outcomes and satisfaction
- Coordinate with in-house specialists, holistic care providers, and your dedicated support team (medical assistant, scheduler, referral specialist)
- Ensure timely documentation and completion of administrative duties during scheduled work hours
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement and clinical best practices within the organization

- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Residency training in Internal Medicine (IM), Family Medicine (FM), or Geriatric Medicine
- Board certified or board eligible in IM, FM, or Geriatric Medicine
