Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary
- Provide comprehensive, outpatient primary care to a panel of adult and geriatric patients, focusing on those with multiple chronic conditions.
- Work as part of an integrated healthcare team, collaborating with specialists and support staff.
- Emphasize value-based care and preventative strategies to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Practice in a supportive, collegial environment with opportunities for career advancement and leadership.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and follow-up examinations for adults and seniors, focusing on patients with three to five chronic diseases.
- Manage a maximum panel of 450 patients to ensure personalized and attentive care.
- See an average of 18 patients per day in a 100% outpatient setting.
- Develop, implement, and monitor patient-centered treatment plans.
- Work closely with a dedicated support team, including a Medical Assistant, Scheduler, and Referral Specialist.
- Engage in value-based care initiatives to improve quality metrics and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in clinic meetings, quality improvement projects, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with in-house consulting specialists, such as Cardiology and Podiatry, to coordinate interdisciplinary patient care.
- Utilize holistic health services available within the clinic, including acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling.
- Complete administrative responsibilities, with protected time scheduled during the workweek.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
- Participate in partnership opportunities typically available within 12-18 months with no buy-in required.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary starting at $260,000.
- Incentive bonus structure with potential earnings up to $20,000 in the first year, increasing with partnership.
- Signing bonus up to $50,000.
- No nights or weekends; Monday–Friday clinic hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (last patient scheduled at 4:15 p.m.).
- 33 days of paid time off (PTO).

- CME allowance of $3,500 plus one week of dedicated CME time.

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Residency training in Internal Medicine (IM), Family Medicine (FM), or Geriatric Medicine.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
