As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) in our Greensboro, NC clinic, you will work with a manageable caseload of patients, focusing on seniors with complex health needs such as heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension. You will be supported by a dedicated care team, including a medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist, along with strong leadership support. This collaborative team approach allows you to concentrate on what matters most: delivering outstanding patient outcomes and building lasting relationships based on trust and respect.

Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Full-time outpatient primary care physician role focused on senior patient population

- Strong earning potential with a competitive base salary and substantial bonus opportunities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to seniors with multiple chronic conditions (e.g., heart disease, diabetes, hypertension)
- Collaborate with an integrated care team including medical assistants, schedulers, and referral specialists
- Maintain a manageable patient panel (up to 650 patients) and see 10-12 patients per day
- Utilize value-based care practices to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Participate in quality improvement programs and meet performance metrics such as patient satisfaction, HEDIS compliance, and reduction in hospital sick days
- Perform office-based procedures such as suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care
- Work a consistent schedule (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) with a collaborative call rotation
- Support the clinic’s mission of providing accessible, compassionate care to the community
- Competitive base salary with potential first-year earnings exceeding $310,000
- Bonus structure based on patient satisfaction, company values, quality measures, and reducing hospitalizations

- Medical degree (MD or DO) required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM)
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics is a plus but not required
- Current, unrestricted, active medical license
- Current DEA registration
- Proficiency in common outpatient procedures (suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, basic wound care)
