We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join an established private practice in Arkansas. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-focused primary care services in an outpatient setting.
- Conduct comprehensive medical examinations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and manage overall patient health.
- Develop individualized care plans and coordinate ongoing care for patients, including preventive health screenings and management of chronic conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options to empower informed healthcare decisions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with advancements in primary care medicine.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution required.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted medical license to practice as a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) in Arkansas or ability to obtain licensure.
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with patients and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Dedication to ethical medical practice, patient privacy, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
