We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our team at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), providing comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver primary care services to patients in an outpatient setting, focusing on preventative care, patient education, and chronic disease management.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Manage a daily patient load of approximately 18-20 individuals, providing thorough and effective medical evaluations and treatments.
- Document all patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up care accurately in the electronic health record system.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery and outcomes for the patient community.
- Remain current with best practices, evidence-based guidelines, and continuing medical education to offer the highest standard of care.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty.
- Current and unrestricted medical license to practice as a physician.
- Strong commitment to providing quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to support the mission of a Federally Qualified Health Center and serve diverse patient populations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary for Primary Care Physicians (MD/DO).
- Eligibility for National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program, including up to $75,000 for a full-time, two-year service commitment and up to $37,500 for a half-time, two-year service commitment.

Work Schedule
