Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Full-time outpatient position at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
- Located less than 30 minutes from Monterey's beaches, offering a desirable work-life setting
- Opportunity to serve a diverse and underserved patient population
- Partnership and earning potential exceeding $300k after one year, at the owner’s discretion
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in an outpatient setting
- Manage a patient panel of 16-18 patients per day
- Conduct preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care visits
- Utilize Athena EMR for accurate and efficient documentation
- Participate in a rotating call schedule with light weekend and call responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to enhance patient outcomes
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practice standards
- Demonstrate a patient-centered approach and commitment to serving the community
- Base salary range: $260,000 - $280,000, commensurate with experience
- Performance-based bonuses related to shared savings and net collections
- Partnership opportunity after 1 year, with earning potential of $300,000+
- Sign-on bonus: $30,000 with hospital membership and 3-year commitment
