We are seeking a dedicated and board-certified Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) with training in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM) to join our established private practice in Aventura, FL. Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Summary
- Full-time, outpatient primary care position serving private Medicare and private-pay patients in Aventura, FL

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care visits
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and develop individualized care plans
- Spend an average of 30 minutes with each patient to ensure high-quality, personalized care
- See patients every 3-4 months for ongoing management and follow-up
- Work closely with a Medical Assistant and front-end staff to streamline patient flow
- Participate in a shared call rotation with other physicians for after-hours support
- Admit and manage patients requiring hospital care as needed
- Utilize metrics and data to support value-based care models and improve patient outcomes
- Manage chronic health conditions without excessive referrals to specialists
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary starting at $220,000, with average total compensation around $250,000 during the first two years
- Performance-based bonus opportunities, with potential for profit-sharing after demonstrated success
- Full-time employment with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or DO degree with residency training in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM)
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
- Minimum of 2 years of independent practice experience post-residency (no residents)
- Experience managing chronic conditions and providing ongoing adult primary care
- Competence in admitting and managing hospital patients when necessary
- Familiarity with value-based care models and relevant metrics (preferred)
- Ability to manage a wide range of chronic conditions in-house, minimizing unnecessary referrals
- Russian language proficiency is preferred but not required
