Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) - Summary- Full-time, permanent outpatient position
- Focus on Primary Care: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Collaborative, patient-centric team environment
- Located in North Port, FL
- Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient office setting
- Oversee and manage a manageable patient volume of 12–15 patients per day
- Develop, implement, and monitor care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care
- Utilize a value-based care approach to improve health outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on preventive care and wellness initiatives
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings
- Competitive base salary up to $300K, commensurate with experience
