We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our growing team at a leading employer-sponsored primary care clinic. This full-time role focuses on delivering comprehensive, relationship-centered care to a diverse patient population, including both adults and children ages two and up. Serving as a Primary Care Physician allows you to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a supportive clinical team, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and medical assistants. Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine, MD/DO, FM/IM) - Summary
- Deliver full-spectrum primary care to adults and children (ages 2+)
- Emphasize preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness
- Partner with a collaborative clinical team in a patient-focused setting
- Work in an employer-sponsored clinic serving local employees and their families
- Enjoy flexible scheduling and manageable patient volumes
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care, including acute, chronic, and preventive services
- Conduct annual physical exams, well-woman visits, and manage a wide range of procedures onsite
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and medical assistants
- Serve as a collaborating physician for advanced practice providers (APP)
- Engage in patient education, health coaching, and disease prevention initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Support clinic operations with flexible scheduling options (Monday-Friday, including 4x10hr shifts)
- Provide care in a setting that eliminates patient copays and deductibles
- Deliver high-quality care to a balanced patient demographic (approximately 50% men, 50% women)

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Completion of residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Experience with pediatric patients preferred (ages 2+)
- Willingness to serve as a collaborating physician for advanced practice providers
- Commitment to evidence-based, high-quality, patient-centered care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
