Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine, Outpatient, MD/DO, PCP) - Summary- Full-time, permanent outpatient role in a collaborative healthcare setting
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for a diverse patient population

- Conduct thorough patient examinations and manage a panel of 12-15 patients per day
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions according to current clinical guidelines
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests as appropriate
- Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling to patients and their families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR for accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in practice meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes
- Maintain compliance with all relevant medical, legal, and ethical standards
- Competitive base salary up to $300,000 annually, commensurate with experience
- Additional attainable bonuses up to $100,000 based on performance
