Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine/Internal Medicine, Outpatient) - Summary- Permanent, full-time outpatient physician role
- Focus on adult and/or family patient population
- Collaborative and patient-centered practice environment
- Support from an experienced clinical and administrative team
- Access to advanced electronic medical records (EMR: eClinicalWorks)
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer patients to specialists when necessary
- Document all encounters in the EMR accurately and promptly
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Engage in ongoing communication with patients and their families to ensure understanding and adherence to treatment plans
- Utilize built-in administrative time to complete documentation and follow-up tasks
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and organizational requirements

- Full-time employment with a predictable Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Manageable patient volume averaging 12-15 patients per day
- Built-in administrative time for non-clinical duties

- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active and unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with EMR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred, but not required)
