Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active and unrestricted medical license to practice
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in or experience with value-based care (VBC) is helpful but not required
