Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Full-time Position in Atlanta, GA
If you are seeking a rewarding opportunity as a Primary Care Physician and are passionate about making a positive impact in adult and senior patient populations, this role in Atlanta, GA offers an exceptional environment to grow and practice medicine at the highest standard. We are a forward-thinking, value-based care organization focused on delivering outstanding preventive primary care for adults 65 and older. Our patient-centered model is designed to empower physicians with the tools and support needed to build strong, meaningful relationships with patients, allowing you to focus on quality outcomes rather than volume-driven metrics.
As a full-time Primary Care Physician, you will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team that includes Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, Social Workers, and in-house laboratory and pharmacy support. Our integrated approach ensures that each patient receives comprehensive, coordinated care, with particular emphasis on chronic disease management and preventive services for the Medicare Advantage population. The average daily patient census is intentionally limited (12–15 patients per day) to ensure you can dedicate adequate time—typically 20 to 40 minutes per visit—with each individual, fostering a deeper understanding of their needs and promoting better health outcomes.
Our organization is committed to supporting our Primary Care Physicians with robust onboarding and ongoing professional development. The initial three-week learning journey includes thorough training in value-based care principles, electronic medical record (EMR) best practices, documentation standards, and integrated care team workflows. Whether you bring prior value-based care (VBC) experience or are eager to learn a modern, outcomes-focused model, you will receive the resources and mentorship needed to thrive in this role.
The ideal candidate will be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, with a strong commitment to improving the lives of older adults. While geriatric or HEDIS experience is preferred, it is not required—training will be provided to help you grow your skills in these areas. You should be mission-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment that values open communication and shared success.
As a valued member of our team, you will benefit from a highly competitive compensation package, including a generous base salary, performance-based incentives, comprehensive health and wellness benefits from day one, and occurrence-based malpractice coverage. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses are also available to help make your transition seamless. Our organization is proud to offer a culture that prioritizes clinician satisfaction and work-life balance, encouraging career advancement and professional fulfillment.
