Primary Care Physician - Summary- Full-time outpatient position focused on adults and senior patients
- No call, nights, or weekends required
- Work within a collaborative, mission-driven clinic environment
- Leverage advanced EMR and integrated AI tools for care delivery
- Located in Corpus Christi, TX – a city with a welcoming and vibrant community
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and senior patients
- Conduct routine and preventative care visits, chronic disease management, and health assessments
- Utilize EMR (Allscripts) and integrated AI tools for efficient documentation and patient management
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure high-quality, value-based care
- Allocate 32 hours per week to patient-facing care and 8 hours to administrative responsibilities
- Engage in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Competitive base salary range: $230,000 – $250,000
- Start bonus: $10,000 – $20,000
- Retention bonus awarded at one-year anniversary
- Productivity bonus potential after the first year, with total compensation possible above $300,000 by year two
- Partnership track available after three years, including base salary, productivity, and equity

- Active and unrestricted medical license
- Experience with adult and senior patient populations preferred
- Proficiency with EMR systems; experience with Allscripts is a plus
